Tech Solution RVL provides computer and device repair, diagnostics, hardware upgrades, performance tuning, and the sale of new and used PC hardware, serving customers in the UK.

Repair Services

• Quotes provided before repair work begins are estimates; final costs may vary if additional issues are found during diagnosis, and we will contact you before proceeding with any additional work.
• We offer a no-fix, no-fee guarantee: if we cannot resolve the issue you brought your device in for, you will not be charged for that repair attempt.
• Repairs carry a limited warranty as stated at the time of service. This warranty covers the specific repair performed and does not cover unrelated faults or damage occurring after the repair.
• Devices left uncollected for an extended period after repair completion may be subject to storage arrangements; we will make reasonable efforts to contact you first.

Hardware Sales

• Used and refurbished hardware is graded and described to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing.
• Products are covered by their stated warranty period from the date of purchase, in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
• Faulty items may be returned in accordance with our returns process; contact us to arrange this.

Mail-In Repairs

For repairs sent by post, customers are responsible for adequately packaging their device to prevent transit damage. We recommend using a tracked courier service. We are not liable for damage occurring in transit to us before the device is in our possession.

Limitation of Liability

While we take care in performing all repairs and diagnostics, we are not liable for data loss during a repair. We strongly recommend backing up important data before submitting any device for service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
